Account Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data will be removed from our systems.
How to delete your account
To request the deletion of your Cubos Driver account, you can proceed in one of the following ways:
- Send an email to support@cubos.app with subject "Account deletion request" including the email address associated with your account.
- Contact your employer (the company using Cubos) and ask them to remove your account from the platform.
- Your request will be processed within 30 business days.
What data gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Profile photo
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- Login credentials
- Personal data associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Some anonymized business data may be retained for legal or contractual obligations, including delivery records, maintenance reports, and shift data. This data is disassociated from your personal identity and cannot be traced back to you.
