7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your employment relationship with our client company continues, plus any additional period required by law for record-keeping purposes. GPS and shift data may be retained for up to 2 years for business reporting purposes.

8. Location Data

The Cubos Driver app collects precise GPS location data (coordinates, speed, accuracy) both in the foreground and in the background, exclusively during active work shifts. Background location tracking is necessary to update the vehicle's position in real time for fleet management and delivery route tracking, even when the app is minimized or the screen is off. This data is shared only with your employer (the tenant organization that manages your account) and is used solely for operational fleet management purposes. Location tracking stops automatically when you end your shift. No location data is collected outside of active shifts.

9. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for:

New order assignments
Request approvals/rejections (vacation, maintenance, etc.)
Important company announcements

You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
