Cubos is a platform for managing ready-mix concrete fleets. It includes the Cubos Dashboard to manage orders, delivery notes, shifts, vehicles and drivers, and the Cubos Driver mobile app that drivers use to navigate, complete deliveries and fill in transport documents.

The free trial lasts 14 days and includes full access to every feature. A credit card is required to activate it, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time.

Cubos supports 10 languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian and Croatian. Both the dashboard and the driver app are available in all languages.

Go to the Users page in the dashboard, click 'Add user' and enter the driver's name, email and role. A temporary password will be generated. The driver can then download the Cubos Driver app and log in with the credentials they received.

Billing is per seat at €24.99/driver/month. Only users with the 'driver' role are counted — admins, plant managers, mechanics and secretaries do not affect the cost. The account owner manages the plan from the Settings page.

From the dashboard, open the Map section to see all vehicles in real time. Each vehicle shows its current status, up-to-date GPS position and the assigned driver. Tracking is only active during shifts.

On the Vehicles page, each vehicle has a documents section where you can track MOT, insurance and other documents. The system sends automatic alerts 30 days before each expiry date.

Open the Cubos Driver app, select your assigned vehicle, the departure plant and enter the starting mileage. Tap 'Start shift' to activate GPS tracking and start receiving orders.

Follow the sequence in the app: confirm arrival on site, record the start of unloading, enter pump data if applicable, and confirm the end of unloading. Collect the customer's signature on the digital delivery note and mark the departure.

From the active shift screen, tap 'Report problem'. Select the priority level, describe the issue and attach photos if needed. The report reaches the manager's dashboard immediately.
